 মন্ত্রণালয় সূত্রে জানা গেছে, এনটিআরসিএ-এর সুপারিশকৃত শিক্ষকদের বদলির খসড়া নীতিমালা চূড়ান্ত করতে বৈঠক ডাকা হয়েছে। সভায় সভাপতিত্ব করবেন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী দীপু মনি। মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা বিভাগ থেকে ইতিমধ্যেই বৈঠক সংক্রান্ত নোটিশ জারি করা হয়েছে। বর্তমানে এনটিআরসিএ-এর সুপারিশকৃত বেসরকারি শিক্ষকদের বদলির কোনো সুযোগ নেই। ফলে তারা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে বদলি নীতি বাস্তবায়নের দাবি জানিয়ে আসছেন।

এর আগে 2019 সালে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় এনটিআরসিএ-এর সুপারিশকৃত শিক্ষকদের বদলির জন্য একটি নীতিমালা প্রণয়ন করলেও পরবর্তীতে তা বাস্তবায়িত হয়নি।

The practice of registration certificate or certification is going up in the recruitment of entry level teachers in private educational institutions.

Successful candidates will receive recruitment recommendations upon application. And the educational institution authorities will appoint the recommended ones.
